Satellite Chinasat 9 at 92.2°E - KU footprint : identification of two new data transfer

- when analyzing the spectrum of circular vector L from Chinasat 9 satellite at 92.2° East in the KU band on
19th September 2009 I am at frequency f = 12 170 MHz to define the parameters of the new data transmission and for the
first time I managed to define the quality of income data for the next carrier at frequency f = 12 072 MHz,vector L.

Satellite Chinasat 9 at 92.2°E - KU footprint : first measurement

- on 25th April 2009 I made the first measurements of the spectrum from satellite Chinasat 9 to 92.2 ° E in the KU band
for the purpose of identifying the data carrier transmission for f = 12 000 MHz spectrum in a circular wave vector L.
Place of reception was city of Lučenec-central Slovakia with the following satellite set:
- Prodelin center antenna with a diameter of 3.7 meters at fixed attached / AZ/EL type 1374-990 RX /
2. External high-frequency unit, which was formed: SMW WDL Digital Type E, mechanical polarizer Hirschmann
CSP 1210 C , depolarizer SMW XD-12
3. Depolarizer SMW XD-12

- followed by a detailed analysis of the spectrum with the L wave vector expressing the quality of income data for the
carrier frequency f = 12 000 MHz, which was broadcast in compression MPEG-2 / format DVB-S
