Asia , Middle East , East & Central & parts of Southern Europe : before Dmin=200-250+ cm and now Dmin=270-450+ cm
Central Africa : possibility of stable reception for all packets from the network DD Direct plus is excluded up to 800 cm

- with a high degree of probability, I can confirm that the satellite Insat 4B radiating diagrams for C and KU bands cover
nearly identical parts of the earth's surface but with different high radiated power.Compared with the C-band diagram
radiated power decreases in the KU band much faster north-westerly direction on the European continent, as confirmed
by the results of my measurements.Until the beginning of a satellite failure I reached in reception in the C and KU bands
exceptionally high gain levels with a zero level of BER before vitterbi decoder for several transfers .

10 990 > 11 150 : even in bad weather conditions (cloudy with rain) I have identified a stable form of lock on the three
carrier with a permanently oscillating gain margin in the range from MER=1.5 to 4 dB & bBER=1x10-3 > 9x10-3 .In this
case is significantly reflected low sensitivity of measuring devices (Rover,Unaohm) with the detection threshold of 2 dB
higher than normal receiver brands Vantage !

in ideal weather conditions for receipt of Insat 4B satellites and the elevation angle of only 2° I identify periods in length to ten
minutes, during which the gain margin did not fall below the threshold level of detection at MER=4 dB and constantly oscillated
in the "gain range" from MER=6 to 10 dB,which perfectly expresses the following spectrum analysis function Peak memory.
Subsequent slight deterioration in weather conditions have a direct relationship with increased oscillation EIRP levels and
frequent outages in the locked carrier packet DD Direct + !

EIRP transmission power level in the central European zone fell by an average of 40-45%,which is reflected in the quality
of reception follows.Average reception quality, expressed in the unit MER=9.5-11.5 dB (with occasional peak at MER=15+ dB)
now has fallen to a level within MER=7.5-8.5 dB with occasional peak at MER=11+ dB.Reception is significantly disturbed
by permanent oscillation, which within a period of three minutes, reaching two peaks in the range of amplitude MER from
4 dB-levels of detection to MER=8-11 dB .This is an unstable form of revenue with a high level of variable gain within
MER= +/-3.5 dB _ 180 sec .
