- defining the status of reception -
- Paksat 1 at 38.0°E - C1 footprint : 3 724 > 3 752 MHz -
TP 1V : within the time frame of sixty minutes during which I have summarized the measured data to the carrier, which I
identified in the spectrum of the transponder TP 1V, I recorded unstable levels of EIRP at reception point,which was related
with the following change to the quality of the carriers.Although the timeframe for sixty minutes in length is not sufficient to
objectively define the signal state in the Central European scale, I have identified this : EIRP signal level is noncyclically
oscillated at approximately thirty minute cycle changes for each carrier in the range of amplitudes from Peak High at
MER=8.5-9 dB to Peak Low at MER=4.5 dB.This cycle of changes in quality are noncyclically repeated for each carrier in the
range of the transponder TP 1V .

3 831 V : amplitude of quality,which permanently oscillate only in the range of gain margin from 6 to 8 dB is defined a stable
lock to the carrier but a matter of principle in terms of bBER rarely exceed the level of E-02 which means low reception quality .
