active transmission can be tuned : Measat 3 at 91.5°E :

12 316 & 12 437 MHz_H pol_SR=30 000_FEC=5/6
12 597 H - 19 500_FEC=5/6
12 615 H - 10 000_FEC=5/6

My measurements of 15.8.10 confirmed the possibility of detecting this broadcast in Central Europe with
a diameter of only 3.7 m antenna. MER peak till 9.2 dB.Measurements I had suddenly terminated due to storm !!!
